Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Damaged Items
